Like everything in life you need to be proactive but I cannot tell you how many times I have been notified by my agent that they found me a better deal before I had a chance to ask. From Sheila, Crystal and Robin to my new agent, Christopher I have never felt the need to even entertain finding another insurance agency. My latest experience has been with Christopher. He has been able to save me over $700.00 on my latest billing from Safeco. Between being proactive and his dogged approach and perseverance , I have saved a lot of money. Being straight forward about why I was just dropped on your guy's door step. I loved that Chris apologized and acknowledged how weird it is that someone calls me, then calls you guys and just leaves me hanging. Was also nice to not be forced to upsell. He asked me where I have my other insurances and after telling him that I have them through my parents, he stopped asking. I will definitely be contacting him once my parents kick me off! hahah

Also, staff addressed a special request last year to temporarily add a third party as insured for road maintenance work being performed. Their timely response allowed the work to proceed as scheduled.

I have been with Sound Choice (or what they were before Sound Choice (Sound View)) since I was a teenager (I am now 64). Being straight forward about why I was just dropped on your guy's door step. Very professional approach while providing consistently good service. Annual renewal of our policy includes competitive bidding which has kept our costs down. Also, staff addressed a special request last year to temporarily add a third party as insured for road maintenance work being performed. Their timely response allowed the work to proceed as scheduled.
